By accessing or using LaurenTrimeloniMD, LLC ’s website, coaching services, or programs, you agree that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

LaurenTrimeloniMD, LLC offers online coaching sessions, courses, workshops, and other related services. All services are provided virtually unless otherwise stated.

Payment is required in full before services are rendered unless a payment plan is agreed upon.

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for completed coaching sessions. Refunds for unused sessions may be considered at our discretion.

Clients must provide at least twenty four (24) hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the session and no refund will be issued.

LaurenTrimeloniMD, LLC reserves the right to reschedule or cancel sessions with notice.

Your privacy is important to us. All coaching sessions are private and confidential. However, confidentiality does not apply if disclosure is required by law (e.g., harm to self or others). By using our website, you are consenting to the terms of our privacy policy.

Any personal information about you, including session notes, will be used solely to efficiently and effectively conduct your coaching sessions. This information will not be shared with a third party.

All content, including but not limited to coaching materials, videos, and guides, are the intellectual property of LaurenTrimeloniMD, LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share them without written permission.

We reserve the right to terminate services for any client who violates these Terms & Conditions, engages in inappropriate behavior, or disrupts our services.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and County of Westmoreland.

LaurenTrimeloniMD, LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
