As a mother of 6 with 20 years experience in family medicine, I deeply understand the unique challenges of balancing a demanding medical career with motherhood.

I hold a medical degree from Temple University School of Medicine and since completing my family medicine residency have specialized in maternity and postpartum care, breastfeeding medicine, and pediatrics. Currently, I serve as the medical director of a newborn nursery, where I continue my commitment to the health and well-being of mothers and their babies.

Inspired by my journey and the mixed messages I received about balancing medicine and family life, I created Medicine, Motherhood, and Magic. Our program leverages the power of the mind to improve satisfaction, time management, and create balance. My coaching philosophy centers on the idea that thoughts create feelings, which drive actions and shape results. By understanding these thoughts, you can transform your life.
